Summer: make the walk to your room easier

Korean summers can be hot and humid, with rainy periods. For a city stay, the route from transport to the building and the room's actual cooling arrangements deserve as much attention as the view.

Compare the whole arrival

Look at outdoor walking, station exits, steps, and where a vehicle can stop. A short distance on a map does not establish a sheltered or step-free route. Keep your accommodation address available offline.

Confirm the room details

Ask whether air conditioning is available during your dates, how it is controlled, and whether laundry facilities belong to the room or a shared area. Do not infer these from the accommodation category.

Keep an indoor alternative

Check official forecasts and warnings before setting out. Build a nearby indoor option into the day and recheck transport or attraction notices when severe weather is forecast.
