Read the cancellation terms before the price
Two offers for the same room can have different cancellation terms. Compare the exact rate, dates and guest count, then save the conditions shown when you book.
Find the deadline
Check the final date, time and time zone for free cancellation. Read what happens after that deadline, whether a no-show has a separate charge, and whether changing dates requires a new booking. Do not assume that every offer from one hotel follows the same policy.
Keep the confirmation
Save the booking reference, selected room, payment schedule and cancellation wording. A pay-later option does not by itself explain whether cancellation is free. If a condition is unclear, ask the seller before paying.
Use the original booking channel
Request changes through the provider that accepted your reservation and keep its cancellation confirmation. Stays in Korea does not receive reservations, cancel bookings or process refunds. Check the seller's disruption terms separately from the weather forecast.
